Printer Service Technician:
Senior Level
Job Description
Provide troubleshooting and repair service on impact printers, laser printers and scanners at our customer sites, as well as
installation, set-up and operator training.
Skills/Experience
A minimum of five years experience in the diagnosis and repair of:
- Passbook Printers
- Craden, NCR, Unisys, Olivetti, Wincor, Epson
- Impact Serial Matrix Printers
- Genicom, IBM, Okidata, Printek, Tally
- Line Printers
- Dataproducts, Genicom, IBM, Printronix, Tally
- Laser Printers
- Genicom, HP, IBM, Lexmark, Tally, Tektronix, Xerox
- Color Printers (Laser and/or Solid Ink)
- HP, IBM, Lexmark, Tally, Tektronix, Xerox
- Label Printers
- Datamax, Intermec, Sato, Zebra
- Scanners
- Canon, HP, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Panini, Unisys
Manufacturer’s certifications and A+ certification is desired.
Strong Customer Service skills
